Returns Policy

Although SelectSexToys products are of the highest quality we understand the need for returns through wrong choice products and defective items.

All returns are accepted on un-used products no questions asked if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

If it has been more than 14 days and you have a problem with your item please contact us and have a SelectSexToy staff analyze your problem and see if we can give you a refund or replace the product.

To return the item for a refund or replacement we require you to return everything that arrived in the packaging and the invoice that can be found in the enternal pocket, this is proof to us that this product was bought from SelectSexToys and returned within the accepted time limit.
Used items:
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used in any way, it is an offence to return an item that has been contaminated and in the event of this we will pursue legal action.
